Qarnot is proud to announce its partnership with ESTACA Formula Team, a student association of ESTACA (École Supérieure des Techniques Aéronautiques et de Construction Automobile), which pushes the boundaries of engineering in the world of motorsport.
As part of the international Formula Student competition, the team embarked on the design and construction of an electric race car. Qarnot becomes their HPC cloud service provider to perform critical CFD simulations on Ansys Fluent and optimize vehicle aerodynamics.
At the same time, the Qarnot platform is distinguished by its environmental commitment. The heat generated by the servers is used to heat infrastructures such as heating networks, industrial sites or swimming pools, thus reducing the carbon footprint of simulations by 80%.
By partnering with the ESTACA Formula Team, Qarnot confirms its commitment to responsible technological solutions, supporting innovation in motorsport and reducing the carbon footprint of the cloud.
